Run away some Time ago, a Negro Fellow (by Trade a Shoe maker) named Casar, he formerly belonged to Mr. James Hartley of Stono, and it is tho't he is gone up to Salcatchen, where Mr. Hartley formerly lived; he is a short thick Fellow, and had on when he went away, a homespun Jacket tan coloured, and a pair of large Duck Trowsers. Whoever takes up and brings him to me in Charles Town, shall have 5 l Reward,
