ABSENTED himself on the 23d of January last, from the subscriber, a short well-set mustee slave, named Abraham, a shoemaker by trade, speaks very good English, hath a very smooth tongue, belonged lately to Mr. James Maxwell, and supposed to be gone toward St. John's parish, where his former master lived, and where he has many acquaintance. Whoever brings him to me in Charles-Town, shall have a reward of Five Pounds besides what is given by law, from
