To be Let, and entered upon immediately, the house and stores on the Bay of Charles-Town, lately occupied by Mr. John Stuart, merchant, very conveniently situated for business, and has good out-houses, and a large dry cellar. Any person inclinable to rent the said house and stores, may treat with the subscriber. Who has to hire by the month or year, a handy wench, who is a very good seamstress; also a negro fellow, an exceeding good carpenter.
