TO BE SOLD, for two or three years credit (if required) a Plantation commonly called Goose -Creek point, consisting of three different tracts that were separate plantations but are now join'd in one: The purchaser may have the whole as it now is, or either part. There is a good house and brick barn, dairy and all other out-houses in good repair; the land is fit for rice or indigo, and is pleasantly situated in sight of Charles-Town; it lays between two rivers; the whole may be fenced in with a small fence, & will support a very large stock of cattle: there is a good brick-work bluff to the river, which may be made very advantageous by its nearness to town. ALSO, a large number of valuable slaves, the greatest part this country born, amongst them several pair of sawyers, two coopers, and two or three indifferent house-carpenters, and a ship carpenter and caulker, several that have been always used to (and gone in) pettiauguas, some of them fit for (and have been) patrons, besides several fine house-wenches, and some likely lads fit for waiting boys. Any Person inclinable to purchase either of them may treat with me in town.
