To be sold by Publick Vendue at the Plantation where the late SAMUEL COOPER deceased lately lived, on Tues-day 14th Day of February , 1775,
ALL the Personal Estate of the said deceased, consisting of between forty and fifty VALUABLE SLAVES, among whom are a valuable Shoemaker, Carpen-ter and Sawyer , and handy Boys and Girls : a stock of Neat cattle, Horses and Hogs; a Crop of Provisions, a large Quantity of Indigo Seed, Plantation Tools, House-hold Furniture, &c.
The Conditions of the Sale will be, For all Sums not exceeding Ten Pounds Ready Money, and for all Sums above 10l. Credit will be given, paying Interest from the Day of Sale and giving such Security as shall be approved of; the Property not to be altered till the conditions are complied with
