TO be sold on Tuesday the 20th Day of May next, at Ferguson’s Ferry, Ten valuable young NEGROES, belonging to the Estate of Mrs. Sarah Manning deceased, all of whom are Country born ; among them are three good Spinners, one Fellow who is a good Shoemaker, the others are prime likely young Boys and Girls ; also a small Stock of Cattle. The Conditions are, Credit until the first of January, 1778, paying Interest from the Day of Sale, and giving approved Security, the Property not to be altered until the Conditions are complied with.
