35 Valuable Negroes for Sale
ON the first Thursday in February next, at the late residenc eof Gen John M'Gregor, in the county of Rutherford--The undersigned will ex-pose to public sale, to the highest bidder, all of the negroes belonging to the estate of Gen. M'Gregor, consisting of men, boys, girls, women and children. Amongst them is a valuable blacksmith.--They are all very likely and valuable. Persons desirous of procuring field hands, house servants, as well as young negroes for future service, would do well to attend At the same time will be sold between three and four hundred barrels of corn, a quantity of fodder and oats; the remaining stock of horses, mules, cattle and hogs. One set of blacksmith's otols; one ox waggon; one carrylog, and all the far-ming tools. The negroes will be sold for cash--all the other property on a credit of twelve months.--The sale will continue from day to day until the whole property is disposed of.
