SALE OF BLOOMING GROVE IRON WORKS,
Lands, Negros, Mules, Wagons, &c.
AGREEABLY to the provisions of a deed of trust excuted to me as Trustee, by Messrs. H. & F. Neblett & Co., for the purpose therein stated; which said deed is on Record in the Regis-ter’s Office, for Montgomery County, Tennessee, in Book R., pages 472, 473, 747, 745, and 476. I shall offer for sale to the highest bidder, at Blooming Grove Iron Works, on Tuesday, the 15th day of March next, the sale to be continued from day to day until all the following property be sold; to wit: 32 likely negroes, consisting of Men, Women and children; two of the men are good Blacksmiths, one a good Engineer, and one or two good Furnace keeps, Wagoners, &c.; 61 Mules, eights Wagons, Carts, &c., two sets Blacksmith tools—all the tools of the Furnace, Forge and rolling Mill, together with the Lands attached to each establishment; makin in all about give thousand acres. The terms of sale will be as follows viz. The lands, with the es-tablishments above referred to, will be sold on a credit of two, three, four and five years; the negroes on a credit of 6, 12 an d18 months; the Mules, and other property, on 12 months credit—the purchaser executing notes with approved security, payable in Bank, bearing interest from date, and a further security upon the proceeds of the landed estate, a lien will be retained upon the property--the title to which is believed to be good, but the undersigned will convey only such title as is vested in him as Trustee.
