Notice.
BY virtue of a Deed of Trust, executed to G. M. Fogg, on the 13th May, 1841; and also by vir-tue of a Deed of Trust, executed to F. R. Rains, on the 10th December, 1842, by Edward Hall, on Satur-day the 24th day of April instant, at the Market-House in the city of Nashville, we will proceed to sell at public auction, for cash, the following named negro slaves, viz: Phil, and Jane his wife, with her six chil-dren, ranging from six to twenty years old, consisting of two girls and four boys. One of them is a first rate coach maker, and one of the boys is a good black-smith. Sale within the usual hours.
