RUN away from on board the ship General Moultrie, lying at Rose's Wharf, on Wednesday the 2d inst. a Negro fellow named JOE, smooth faced, about 5 feet 8 or 9 inches high, a sail-maker by trade, born in Bermuda, lately purchased from Capt. Peter Sheldon. Whoever will deliver said Run-away to the Warden of the Work-house, or to the Subscriber at Mr. Andrew Stewart's on the bay, shall receive a reward of Ten Pounds currency, from
