$25 REWARD.
RUNAWAY from the subscriber, on the night of 31st December last, a likely negro boy named
PETER,
twenty-two years old, about 5 feet 4 or 6 inches high, stout square built, and is ve-ry black, professes himself a sort of a black-smith, he has a hole through one of his ears, a scar under his chin, is a keen smart sensible boy, and is very fond of gambling. He will no doubt aim for some free state or the Indian nation, and is is ve-ry possible has obtained free papers for that purpose. It is also supposed that an indian went off with him, and stole a ser-rel horse, bridal, saddle, and blanket. The above reward of twenty-five dollars will be given if taken in any slave state and secured so I get him, or fifty dollars if taken in any free state. It is supposed some white villain conveyed the above off.

The Editor of the Register, published in Knoxville, Tenn, the Liberty Hall, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Republican in Madison, Indiana, will please give the above two in-sertions.
