Chancery Sale.
BY virtue of a decree of the Chancery Court at Kingston, made at its September term, 1845, I will offer for sale to the highest bidder, at the Court-house in Kingston, on Saturday, the 1st day of Novem-ber next, on a credit of six months—purchaser giving bond and good security—a likely negro man slave, named JACOB, who is a tolerably good Blacksmith.—Said negro is sold as the property of James Bower, deceased, late of Roane county.
