A FINE PLANTATION For Sale, NINE MILES FROM THE CITY OF MEMPHIS. THE tract contains over one thousand acres of best river lands, 400 enclosed under a good fence, 200 in cultivation, and old deadening ready for cultivation. I will sell with the above land, if desire, eight likely negroes, five mules, three head of horses, sixty or seven-ty head of fine stock cattle, a hundred head of hogs, and all of the tools for farming, with the place. The ne-groes offered consist of five men, one a blacksmith and good carpenter, the other four No. 1 young field hands, and two likely young women. The above property will, if application is made soon, be sold on easy terms and at a low price, say one-third cash, one-third in twelve months, by an accepted bill on New Orleans, without interest, and one-third twenty-four months after date, with 6 per cent interest.
