NOTICE.
Executor’s Sale.
WILL be sold at the late residence of Thomas Crutchfield, deceased, in the City of Chattanooga, Tenn., on Wednesday the first day of January, 1851, to the highest bidder,
Forty-Six Negroes,
belonging to the estate of Thomas Crutchfield.—There are Eight superior Brick Masons, and Four of them excellent Plasterers, and three of them good House Carpenters—they were all trained by the deceased. There are six grown Fellows that are not Mechanics, and Eleven women ; the remainder of them are Boys, Girls, and Children. These Negroes are all young and likely, and under good character, and will be sold for the benefit of Creditors.
Terms of Sale, Cash.
WILL be sold also at same time and place, and on a credit of Six Months, by the purchaser giving Note with Approved Security.—There good Mules, Three Yoke of Oxen, and Two large Wagons.

WILL be sold at the same time and place, Five Likely Young Negro fellows, from Eighteen to Twenty years of age, on oof which is an excellent Black Smith, those negroes also belonged to the late Thomas Crutchfield, deceased, and were bought by the undersigned at Sheriff sale, shied his death. Will be Sold at the same time and place, Three likely NEGROES, the partnership property of Thomas Crutchfield, late of the county of Hamilton and State of Tennessee, and the undersigned, one of them is an excellent Blacksmith, thirty-five years of age, and one is a good Wagon Maker, or Wheel-wright, thirty three years of age, and a likely young Woman, an excellent cook, the wife of the Blacksmith. The three Negroes will be sold for the benefit of creditors.
Also, at the same time and place, will be sold a fine set of WAGON MAKER’S TOOLS, Blacksmith’s TOOLS and Carpenter’s TOOLS, consisting of every thing generally used by Wagon Makers, Blacksmiths, and Carpenters.
Terms of sale, CASH, excepting the Tools, which will be sold on a credit of six months, by the purchaser giving note with good security.
