I WOULD say to the public that having bought the inter-est of my late partner, Mr. Dabbs, that I can at all times be found at the old stand of Dabbs & Porter, ready to buy or sell negroes on commission as well as on my own ac-count, and think I can safely promise them the market price for all negroes brought to me. I now have on hand 25 or 30 negroes that must be sold, and amongst them is an extra No. 1 Blacksmith and his wife an extra Cook, Washer &c., and a first rate house servant seamstresses, war-ranted to suit or no sale. I have some of the best servants in the State for sale and am anxious to get them good homes as I promise to obey instructions in all cases, except it is to separate Families, which I have never done nor never will.
